Bigwins Casino reserves the right to update, change, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will appear on the Casino sites, and you must check them periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continuing to use the Casinos after updates means you accept the revisions. Your sole option if you object is to stop using the services.

All activity by ineligible users is void, including winnings. Company staff, affiliates, suppliers, and their close relatives (spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings) are barred from playing for personal enjoyment.

You alone are responsible for knowing your jurisdiction's gambling laws. We may add specific game rules that bind you as if part of this Agreement. Bets or wagers may be limited or rejected at our discretion for any reason.

To play, register with accurate info for an account and secure password. Keep login details confidential—you're liable for all account activity, authorized or not. Notify us immediately of breaches. Accounts require email or SMS verification; unverified ones may be suspended. One account per person only, in your real name—multiple or borrowed accounts lead to closure and bans.

We can deny registration or remove/suspend players anytime without explanation or notice. This may involve withholding funds, barring from affiliated sites, setting re-entry conditions, or sharing info with authorities/collections if fraud is involved. For suspected fraud (e.g., stolen cards, chargebacks), we may block accounts, reverse payouts, recover wins, and report to relevant parties. We're not liable for unauthorized card use.

Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) incur a €5 (or equivalent) monthly fee. After 30 months without contact, balances may be forfeited. No interest accrues on funds. Unused bonus credits expire after 30 days.

To combat money laundering, we report suspicious activity to authorities. No cash deposits; large withdrawals need verified documents (bank statements, ID). If lifetime withdrawals exceed 5x deposits (excluding post-request deposits), payouts are capped at €5000 (or equivalent) weekly, except progressives. Low-deposit players (€200 or less lifetime) can withdraw up to 10x last deposit. Minimum one deposit and 1x playthrough required for withdrawals. Processing occurs weekdays after up to 48-hour pending, with possible fees. No third-party transfers; unusual requests need approval.

We prohibit AI software, hacking, or security bypasses—violations lead to bans and seizures. Irregular play (e.g., bets over 20% of bonus before wagering complete, doubling features to exceed limits, balance manipulation via bet sizing, even-money hedging on table games, low-contribution game switching) may void wins, bonuses, or accounts. Shared devices may restrict access.

We grant a limited, revocable license to use Casino software—our IP or licensors'. No copying, reverse-engineering, or derivatives allowed. Trademarks and content are ours; no unauthorized use. Avoid abusive, disruptive, or rights-violating behavior.

Big winners may be publicized (first name only) and must cooperate with events (costs covered). Promotions have extra rules; these terms apply where not conflicting. Bonus abuse leads to denial or revocation.

Services are "as is" without warranties on quality, fitness, or uninterrupted operation. We don't guarantee virus-free or error-free play. Malfunctions void affected bets.

We're not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, consequential, etc.) from Casino use, even if advised of risks. Liability caps at US$100. No responsibility for uncontrollable events (e.g., outages, disasters).

You indemnify us against all claims/losses from your Casino activity (visiting, depositing, playing, etc.).

This Agreement starts upon acceptance and ends if we close services, you breach rules, or for other reasons—balances returned minus debts. You can terminate via email (effective within 7 days). Post-termination, cease use and delete software.

Governed by applicable laws with exclusive court jurisdiction. Severability applies; no waivers implied. We're independent contractors; we can assign rights. English version prevails.
